All in a Garden Green

This cheerful piece by John Playford is full of the happy atmosphere of springtime ! This version features melodic development section that represents a Renaissance style improvisation. The harp part requires no lever changes, and is playable on instruments that go down two octaves below middle C. Advanced

Duration  is 2:20   However, the arrangement is made in such a way that repeats to some sections may be added to extend the length, if desired.

Also published as part of the “Renaissance Suite,” recently republished in two versions: 1) pedal or lever harp (both included), with either French horn or cello; 2) pedal or lever harp, with either flute or violin.
